Nice! Is there a printable version of this anywhere?

    AKA The Miracle Button.

I dreaded building paths more than anything in this game due to fear of messing up until I found this button. Now I actually quite like the path system, for the most part.

Is there a way to get key bindings for scrolling through the menus. Still having trouble scrolling with a mouse. Zooming in and out works fine.

  5. #5
I wish there was a keyboard shortcut to toggle auto-stacking in the building editor. That would be handy!

    That would be nice.

No manual in the Steam menu either

It would be nice if you actually finished the game.
A good start would be to present a roadmap for things that still need to be done (or list of items which will NOT be done).

    Very useful!

If I had one request it would be for a "camera tilt" (look up / look down) bound to a couple of keys.

    Thanks for the summary!

Ctrll + x still missing (duplicate + advanced placement).

A *.pdf of this somewhere would be nice.

For those who are still confused. I found this tutorial very easy.

Excellent tutorial for beginners, which covers most parts of using the different game controls. Just one criticism though. You are talking too fast to take it all in at once. Speaking slowly, would have been better, so that you can take in what you are explaining. I found that I had to keep backtracking, to understand what you were doing. Otherwise a good tutorial.

I second that, very nice tutorial. It certainly helped with some 'problems' I had with unexplainable camera movement suddenly without knowing why this happened. Must have hit the T key without realizing what it does.

Picked up a few other things too along the way, nice work.

Just noticed 'L' under path controls and rushed away to try it! Doesn't seem to do, well, anything. Certainly not what I was hoping for (i.e. fixing this - see below).

Or does it 'level' paths where the engine insists on an up slope when trying to lay a 'level path on a down slope for instance?? - Nope doesn't seem to do that either.

This ^. Will report this as a bug because have not found a way round it!).

Have you tried using 'U' and 'J' to adjust the height of the path as you are editing it? Though yes, I haven't really found a use for the 'L' key to flatten terrain yet.

I tried the "L" key as well. Doesn't do a thing.

Also, why is there no hot key for "Split from Building"?

I notice there is also no mention of holding down the scroll wheel button on a mouse to look around when in ride cam mode. Took me forever to work out how I had seen people looking around on the rides when in first person view. I just found it by accident in the end.

It would be very useful if you could uncouple the camera up/down from freelook mode. Freelook is often uncontrollable, so I'd rather not use it in "tight" situations, but having to repeatedly saw back and forth to get the camera position to change vertically is extremely annoying.
