Apologies if asked before. Why can't you simply swap a shop whenever you copy a building, instead of having to delete it, then adding? I've created a nice building with, say two Toilets, I then want to replicate that building to place elsewhere in the park, but instead replace with two First Aid, as it stands I have to deleted said toilet, and add the first aid, and depending on the angles in which the building was created, that's not always possible, certainly not easy.

Play on a 144Hz, 1440p IPS monitor. Of course its a complete waste of time for planet coaster that's pushing ~15fps on a good day but for my FPS gaming dark side it's a pretty magical setup!

Hey guys, i want to buy this game but i saw all the threads about the bad optimization if you get too creative. I have this pc *i5-7400 3,5ghz *gtx 1050ti 4gb asus oc (1080p monitor) *16gb ram 2133mHz *win 10 64bit (no bloatware or unecessary programs) *hdd seagate barracuda 7200rpm 1TB Can i run it with let s say 5000 people at a stable fps like let's say 30fps 1080p? And in the future this game will be more stable and have higher fps?

I was wondering if you can add an Intamin Prefabricated Wooden Track to the game? It would be very cool and an Tranfer Track for the Trains

I play with a triple monitor setup by Samsung. They are each 32 inch screens for a total of 96 inches. Model: Samsung - CF391 Series C32F391FWN 32" LED Curved FHD FreeSync Monitor. Very pleased with them. Here's a picture.

Hiya! I've been working on a tool that automatically smooths your 4m roller-coasters. This heavily improves the speed at which the process is done. Coasters that would otherwise take 1.5 hours now take just over 20 minutes. Download and instructions are available here: https://github.com/tjakka5/Planet-Coaster-Track-Smoother

I do play in 4K as well, I have an older i7 (4960X @3.6Ghz) and two 1080GTX's, although Planet Coaster only uses one of them (sadly, PC doesn't support SLI). The CPU is still the bottleneck though, I have to limit the amount of guests in my park to 10k, otherwise it will become a total slide show. It already is suffering badly in fps, especially at night when the fireworks show starts. But the graphics are amazing at 4k.

I also get the feeling they are otptimizing it further. My rig is way weaker than yours but the game runs smoother than last weeg since the last update, without me making any changes to the settings. But it would be nice if the included compatibility tweaks into the patchnotes too.

Noticed this too. On my Spinning coaster they are white as well, but I want them black! Hope they can be changed back to black!

Prefer Sandbox. Sandbox lets you openly be creative a lot easier than having an obstacle or challenge with money. I can pay all my staff well which makes them happy. I can have extra staff too which helps with morale and the work. While I enjoy a challenge sometimes in games, I prefer the easy way. The time it takes to create a good park from scratch is enough of a challenge as it is. However for instance with Minecraft, I have heaps of legit survival no creative mode no host privileges worlds, yet only like 2 or 3 creative worlds. And most of my friends on Xbox know I'm a good builder for a survival mode. I'm waiting for Microsoft to release their super duper graphics pack for Xbox One X cause I'm sick of playing vanilla which is what the Windows 10 version is like too, vanilla graphics. They do have some packs, I like the greek mythology and city modern pack. It's the same for cities skylines and the sims 4, mainly play those in sandbox mode. Also played Final Fantasy XIII and that is like a 40+ hour game and that's just the main story. I conquered it within 5 months of getting it due to my schedule.

Hi everyone. What sort of display, monitor, or TV, do you play this game on? I just got a Sony KD43X8000E 4K HDR HDTV today had it delivered and installed (on a table, not wall). Authorized retailers in NZ are having a big 20-30% off sale on TV's this week. Sony NZ sells the TV for RRP$1699 + NZ$129 delivery and installation. I only paid NZ$1258 for it and that included delivery and installation. So saved over $500. I chose this as I wanted to upgrade from my Sony KDL40EX720 which I got late 2011. So my new TV will keep me entertained for the next 6 years. I'll just use it to watch YouTube, Netflix, and play games from PC, Xbox 360 slim console, and Xbox One X. I have Forza, Halo (hardly play it now), Minecraft, The Sims 4 (PC), Planet Coaster (PC), Cities Skylines (rarely play now). Plan on getting Jurassic World from Frontier when it releases later this year. As for my TV, it has some neat features which my old TV doesn't have: - X-Reality PRO processor (don't know if it's a single, dual or quad core processor, Sony doesn't tell us).

I have no interest in any console focused DLC, in my pc games. I TV/Movies focused DLC I am fine with but like other I said you will play a premium for it, and will get costly like other DLC in other games.

I used to be a pure scenario person, but now I rotate alternatively between sandbox and scenarios. I have started to enjoy building and creating my own building's and coasters purely by scratch and just using the workshop for inspiration. I found myself less likely to utilise the more advance options and DLC when just playing the scenario's , so that why I started playing sandbox to create nice looking parks you just to have a change of pace. I haven't touched the scenario editor due to time restrictions, and other games.

However got it from an authorized retailer in NZ for NZ$1258 including delivery and installation, so saved over $500 for it which I'm happy about. Picture quality is great! And it has an anti-reflective display, an ISP panel with wide viewing angle, and it has pretty good blacks too! once you've tinkered with the settings. Photo Vivid mode works for me. Anyways, I reinstalled Afterburner and fully updated it, and found out something amazing.... Has Frontier been further optimizing this game in recent updates? I think they have. I tried playing my sandbox park map, which has 5k people, over 50 staff, and 22 rides. All with these settings:

Whilst it would be interesting, I can see the DLC would need to cost more than the current DLC in order to be able to cover the licensing costs (Disney particularly seem to charge a lot for the things they sell - not sure what Nintendo charges). Shane
