Thank you. Just now I happened to use the first piece that actually rotated with the "position snap". Still, a very annoying problem for all the other pieces.

Thank you, Frontier, for the absolutely stunning (and must be award-winning) development of such a great game!! I love and appreciate every minute of effort that goes into making this game great! I must say I was excited when I saw a lapping mode being added, but immediately saddened when I saw that Viper One and other coasters like Power-Up wouldn't benefit from having "only 1 lap" with this new feature. I saw in another thread and from other posts that fellow PC lovers are also appreciative, yet saddened by the omission. Please consider letting us change these beautiful creations to support "only 1 lap" . As Bo, and every single one of the wonderful Frontier team knows, it's the little things (and more flat rides, adjustable S&S inspired drop towers) that many of us appreciate in addition to the hard work going into this game! We know this game is a lot of work, but please don't give up on these suggestions. I continue to support and even had several coworkers and family purchase the game (and a few DLC's lol).

I can confirm that this happens on "certain" pieces that are a part of a building. To test the original poster's reproduction, I was able to reproduce the problem when performing steps 1-2 on a "wall piece"...ONLY when "position snap" is ticked. QA testers, just make sure you're trying to place a new building/scenery piece on an existing building with position snap ticked and the problem should reproduce when performing the original poster's steps.

Good evening all, I am glad we have the ability to set scenery tags so as to group blueprints that "belong" together even though they are far apart in the alphabetical sorting order. However, as I created new tag groups, I noted that I am unable to "pick" with the mouse certain new tabs. This happens for tabs whose display to the far right of the blueprints are "above" the blueprints list. For instance, assuming I have created 10 new tags...tags 4 through 10 are properly selectable with the mouse, tag 3 is iffy, but I am absolutely unable to select tags 1 or 2 as they are "too high" for the mouse - they never highlight. When the mouse cursor is hovering over these two tags, clicking the mouse button places the blueprint on the map rather than selects the tag. Is there a mouse sensitivity issue or setting that I am unaware of? Thanks for your assistance / comments

Considering we have egyptian stuff as part of the adventure pack (thats way more content than the 3 japanese scenery pieces) I don't think Egypt will ever happen, though the theme maker tool kit will come by soon and I'm sure people will put their own stuff out a lot faster :) so maybe they'll make some nice egyptian stuff :D India would be cool, Buddha's and temples etc

Please don't misunderstand me as I pull this game apart a little, I love the game dearly but for the past 5/6 months, my enthusiasm for the game has decreased more and more, and after the release of The Worlds Fair pack today, for the first time ever I was actually considering getting a refund. I was excited to play the new DLC because we finally have asian themeing and its something I've wanted for a long while, but I felt so disappointed to find not only 3 Japanese Scenery pieces, but only 16 Japanese building pieces too. Usually when people say they think something feels incomplete, I would often ask them why they feel that way and then tell them not to base it on a previous game but with a total of 19 Japanese pieces, and missed opportunities with certain DLC's, I wanted to come and share my thoughts on other stuff in game, and suggestions for how it could be improved. Lifthills/Splashdowns/Inclines An issue I've had since we first ever saw the log flume is that we couldn't adjust the angle of the downward hill (or even make a bunny hop) and then when we got the boomrang coasters, I noticed the same issue, seriously some of the coasters inclines are very sharp and abrupts which is terrible for realistic coasters, if I zoom out enough the boomerang's looks non existent, it looks very sharp, also the cascade looks odd if you're making big hills but the splash down is so tiny, I'm not the first one to mention these and I don't think I will be the last, my suggestion...

So far, what's available looks quite nice. Like I said in the other thread, I would have liked to see more African and other non-European countries represented. My top picks would be Egypt, Mali, and maybe India or Cambodia.

Continuous Roll (what Scrubbers is talking about) is something very different than what is covered in that video. The other part of the issue is that the first person camera likes to anticipate changes in direction, and will try to adjust before hand; so it ends up changing twice. (Extreme example of this: riding the Barghest in first person camera as it crests the vertical lift segment.) Both of these together (lack of continuous roll and the first person camera issues) can lead to a very jerky POV.

I think they're really cute watching them zip around. They look great underground too, I'm currently replacing the underground metro in my park Lake Greenwood and they look nice zipping around in a tunnel. I'm ready to start a new park and design it around them. They're just fun and cute, I dunno

In all 3 of my parks even with 8,000 guests, queues all full & high priority enabled, fast pass is still barely sold. A few dozen a month with most fast past lines empty even with full queues everywhere. Guests complain about them not being worth it even if they're free. I still waste my time making the priority queues just hoping they'll fix this one day because I really like the idea of them, it's a fun feature.

I know this is a bit of a stretch since you guys don't add to the DLC packs but could we possibly get these wood beams separated from the wall as a separate object? It would work well with many walls. pretty pretty pretty please?

Or, perhaps if they had added half walls like people have been asking for since Alpha in 2016, then I wouldn't have a problem \_(ツ)_/

My new favorite DLC. Frontier you did it again another great DLC and the free update is great too. Everyone at Frontier are awesome. Keep up the great work. My favorite restaurant in the new Worlds Fair is the 50's Drive-In. Great detail on that. Like Fisherman said the new music selection with the new update are amazing.

also, you can extrend the side walls out a bit larger than the platform floor and place a building floor to fill it in. this way you can fit a full wall piece on the station end of platform. this is strick I use often and there are no rules that you have to build the exact size of the platform

I have discovered that this happens if you place them while the game is paused, but if you advance time they correct themselves, whether they are nonfunctional when paused is still a problem

What station surround pieces are you talking about? if you mean the chunk of wall that looks like a quarter was taken out of the bottom, the asian building pieces don't have one of them, it also doesn't have the outer station pieces to place around the track.

Half Walls have been requested for a long time, however, in your situation, you'd still be able to close that gap with the station surround pieces. Although, you might get a bit of Z-fighting with the textures. If that doesn't work, you can always try using the back side of the rectangular castle windows.

Nah, I'm talking about how I'm unable to cover these gaps, and how half walls have been requested for more than 2 years now.

I don't see how you're having an issue? All the stations are based off a 4 meter grid, and all the walls are 4 meters long. Unless you're talking about the front part of the stations, where there are specific pieces called "Station surround"; they are wall with holes punched out of them for the track to go through.
