Genuine question. I mean from a community aspect? I haven’t and don’t post frequently on the forums, however I do ‘lurk’ and follow a lot of the discussions. The reason for my question is because I personally feel these forums are lacking in engagement from Frontier to their community base. New community manager Will has posted a grand total of 9 times on these boards. Bo is hardly ever around and only posts with things related to the DLC’s. Ed hasn’t even been active since January......

I've been doing small bed'n'breakfasts, like putting eight rooms in Silversmith Manor. Not sure they're balanced effectively for that, and (thanks to game-breaking issues introduced in the same update that fixed the hotels depleting energy/hunger/thirst) I haven't played enough recently to see.

It is confirmed by Paradox and Collosal Order that some traffic issues and new city districts have been tested in the game. Says enough for me.

I would have to check to be sure, but that entrance may be a blueprint that is in game. If so, you should be able to still get to it.

Hi, I just downloaded Planet Coaster last night and got a bit confused by things. I joined the forum just now to ask if an "Intel(r) Q45/Q43 Express Chipset (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1)" works with Planet Coaster. I checked which one I have using dxdiag, and that's what it said. I figured out what the minimum requirements are, but I don't know if what I have passes that or not.

dung, I do not have a backup and I never saved the building. When but then I have to pay more attention to what I do before I click on the wrong button. But it's strange that I could not get the building when it was in the game when I bought Planet Coaster. Unfortunately, I do not have a picture of the building. But I have a friend who has it in their Youtube video: But thanks for your help.

dualcore started a thread shadow issue in Tech Support First of all, I have to say that I don't speak English very well. (korean user) Look at the dark shadows above and below in the picture. The shadows are not soft. This comes after this patch.

Still looks like comic-friendly cussin' on the sign :) Brilliantly executed. I'm thinking those big blue bugs would be good to eat if boiled like crabs :).

Hi Mark, i can see where to add files to the post, but can you direct me on how to share my parks? i will also try right now to re-lay the paths, and try a new park. i watched for a while several different staff, they were all getting stuck all over one of my small parks.

Moving this one over to Tech Support for further assistance. I'm afraid there isn't much detail here, but it sounds like you may need to update your graphics drivers.

WOW. that was truly amazing. One of the best, if not the best, ride I have seen to date. People that say the Studio DLC isn't worth it need to get their foot out of their mouth. I have to say with all the great stuff you did in this ride...the one thing I thought was brilliant was the reverse falling stunt guys getting sucked up into the alien craft. Awesome out of the box thinking.

Check and see if you have an auto save file that still contains the entrance. If you didn't save a back up file of the park, or save the entrance as a may be out of luck here.

You only have to worry about the backless benches. If the bench has a back, it will force the peeps to face back to the path. But with the backless benches, peeps have about a 50/50 chance of facing either direction.

Hi every one Finally, I've found out how I'm writing on this forum. I've had many questions about Planet Coaster and maybe some wishes if those from the Planet Coaster are reading this forum. Before I go ahead with some ideas / wishes for the planet Coaster, I would like to ask some questions. (I'm sorry if my English does not give 100% meaning because I'm not so good at speaking English yet.) Questions: First of all, I have a question about entrances to the park, I've been so unfortunate that I came to an error clearing a park I've worked hard at in Tropical Park. I had a very nice entrance which was completed when I stated my park for the very first time. And I do not have the nice entrance building, and here is my question if I can get the entrance building back. If yes how ???

Oh yes! Lightbulb moment... That's absolutely what's happening... The game is calculating the needs of 16000 individual guests, who then make decisions based on these when in reality (as it stands now any-way) they never break away from each other and only ever act as a group... So, calculating individual needs is a redundant calculation when doing a group is more efficient. I wonder if that's even occurred to them?

One thing they could do to save CPU power is scrapping the broken guest brain and individual need meters for every guest. The AI does a horrible job at simulating guest decisions and could be replaced with something that doesn't constantly recalculate and change the next destination for guest groups. In addition there is no real upside to guests having their own set of traits and individual need meters. Groups could just use the same traits and shared need meters.
