    You need a really good computer to play this game. Especially with the amount of stuff creators put into their parks. I have a high end Intel Core i7-6700k 4.2Ghz CPU An EVGA GTX 1070SC 8GB @ 1888Mhz clock speed 16GB DDR4 2400 HyperX RAM 1TB Samsung EVO SSD Even with an SSD (that thing that can boot your PC 10x faster than a standard 5400RPM HDD).... it still takes like 60 seconds to load my biggest sandbox park (22 rides, lite-moderate scenery, 5000 guests) from the main menu. It takes about 12 seconds to exit of the game back to the dashboard and have closed the game, unless you have Windows 10 Task Manager and immediately force close the app in an instant lol.

    Just checking. When you add a new version of your model, is there any way to avoid having to reload PlanCo from scratch to see the revision in game? Refresh seems to only find new items, not revisions if you never left sandbox while adding a new version.

    Yeah. I noticed this too. Someone reported it a while back but it was not fixed with the anniversary update.

    The overall lag is bad, but I can work around it by making multiple copies of the bench and then deleting things in different areas on each bench...not an ideal solution I must say. The random crashes have lessened since I've done this as well, I haven't had one for a couple weeks now. I've limited the number of TMT items so that the Cobra screen can load in a minute or so. The lag loading menu's is really a pain when building. The menu itself is there, but it takes forever for the thumbnails to load. Occasionally when I go to close the game it actually crashes or freezes. No crash report appears, I just get the message the next time I open the game that an error occurred and asking if I want to monitor it. I always select to do so but then it doesn't happen again. ------------------ System Information ------------------ Time of this report: 2/19/2019, 19:20:19 Machine name: DESKTOP-I7 Machine Id: {0B760A55-C302-46BA-A25A-1D67792A32B6}

    Hi! Ty, i tried but nothing changed ... i alredy opened a ticket but the answer was: Hi Federico, Thank you for contacting us at Frontier and I'm sorry to hear that you are having this issue! Given that you state the issue is not present on another pc what I would suggest is that either the drivers in use or the local install of the game is the issue, to make sure that the current install has not become corrupted is trying a completely clean reinstall of the game as sometimes when unistalling via steam some residual files are left over. We have a guide on how Planet coaster can be cleanly removed here: https://support.frontier.co.uk/kb/faq.php?id=426 and would advise that before performing this making sure that all Steam workshop items and TMTK items are still unsubscribed! :)

    I was just surfing the web when I came across this detailed model, so I decided to texture, animate and import it into the game. Detailed modelling can take a while, as well as the others, and I'm quite the perfectionist. But from now on I'll try to post more of my original content to the workshop. Thanks!!

    The info booth sells passes to the priority pass queues that you have to enable in the rides menu. If you haven't built a priority pass queue then nobody will use the info booth because its selling tickets for something that doesn't exist. Enable the priority pass option in the rides menu, then add the priority queue entrance/exit and join them with a path and then the info booth will have a purpose. :D

    Today I would like to 'joy' this topic. My park crashes a lot, on average once every hour. This is getting frustrating and would like to drop my information in case it can help. I think it's a good idea to buy the game, even if you don't plan to build stuff... The kids will probably learn to build stuff sooner or later. It's amazing what you can do in this game. Just amazing. And you learn stuff as time goes by. After one YEAR i discovered i had LIGHT on my camera!!...That helps when building underground hehe, So i would suggest to take a look at every option there is, in every menu there is, if you plan to build stuff some day.. But like another commenter said, you need a powerfull-computor, IF you want to play around in the big parks. Kicking out all the guests helps. In one steam-park there were 10 000+ guests when i started it ! I mainly build stuff myself. but its also fun to see what people have created

    Dude this looked great , if you have the ability to animate it and texture it, which is way harder than creating the mesh , why not make your own mesh then the Awesome work is all your own.

    Downloading a park takes several minutes. Starting the program takes me more than a minute. Loading a large park takes several minutes. Ending the program takes more than a minute. On the plus side for purchasing the program, you have a lot of viewing flexibility while running the program. There are different on-ride views available. You can virtually walk around a park at your leisure. You can click on any guest and see the park from that guest's viewpoint.

    I don't use any priority passes. One time i saw a guest wondering why there is no info-booth....It's like the info-booth is invisible or something!

    I don't have any fast pass queus. I don't get it. 5000 guests at not even one visit. They just ignore the booth! This game is a mystery some times. I also have big problems getting people to use the ATM machines, but at least they get a couple of visits.

    If you are not going to build anything, then just stick to watching youtube. The game runs much better in videos because it doesnt have to worry aout performance. Do you have a top of the line PC? Cause even with a top of the line PC the game doesnt run very smoothly, especially in bigger parks. A lot of the videos you see on youtube are edited to look smoother than when you are actually playing the game (especially the more extravagantly edited ones) This also isnt really a "controller" based game. I mean sure you can use a controller to view the park but, its not a game that you achieve anything by walking around parks. The intention of buying the game is if you plan on actually spending countless hours building your own parks Otherwise wait for a sale,the game is often marked down around the holidays

    O and you can close the program anytime. It would not make a difference for your card. It does use some memory and cpu (minimal) when it runs in the background.

    Glad to see that installing your latest graphics card drivers helped to resolve this issue.
