    Very good post Deuce, people seem to forget about Elite D and how that is still going strong several years post-release even though it's clear resources have shifted somewhat over the past couple of years. At the end of the day the Jurassic world release is huge for Frontier, not only for that game itself but for Elite and Planet Coaster. Clearly that has to remain their focus for the coming months.

    To really find the trouble spots, close the park, fast-forward, and wait until the peeps stop leaving the gate, then look at how many are left. They'll be the trapped ones. You can then hunt them down.

    Just wanted to check my theory, yes it works. Made a quick POV :) It actually works in a kinda realistic way too, as the coaster gained prestige due to longer track (as it's the same track laid twice), so it does actually represent a 'better ride' now. I guess in campaign mode that would allow you to charge more and get higher ratings, so it works from a cash flow perspective too. Bit fiddly, but it's not that hard and it's even possible to use smoothing and make adjustments to both circuits of track and keep them aligned as one - so long as you replicate your actions when editing both tracks. No reason this can't be used with more than 2 circuits and even multiple trains if it's set up carefully.

    This can be done by just laying the coaster track around the circuit twice - with track collisions enabled. Looks and works like real life.

    I wish everything was recolorable. That would seriously solve a lot of my problems. aaaaaaand... now I am back on the mods train remembering the fan made editor for the Sims (2 & 3 i think) that would let you recolor and retexture ANYTHING. BUT!!! To stay on topic the color change panels have been a huge boon and even though they have caused me to have to redo every single Dark Elf thing I had made, I can now share them on the Workshop and I have fewer reasons to cajole people into downloading my art pack. That has been pretty huge for me personally. Again... THE POWER OF RECOLOR!

    EPISODE 3: Closing the Triangle Bullethead looked around the actual conference table in the actual conference room inside his on-site bungalow. His senior boffins looked back at him with their usual expressions of bored excitement, or maybe it was excited boredom, Bullethead was never sure. The clock ticked. Nobody touched their drinks. There was no kettle of boiled mudbugs today but the table continued to exude the aroma of the previous feast, which brought back happy memories. Plus, there was a large cooler full of beer immediately adjacent, which seemed a more appropriate beverage when discussing the recreation of Dixie Landin'. Once they were all situated and had toasted the project's success, Bullethead asked the customary question: "What's the briefing for the client this time?" Jaysef slid out his first photo. "Well, Sir, we've finally closed off the triangle of the main amusement park area. This is a major milestone because the positions of everything in this area were rather fluid until now, pending final fit-checks and running the paths. But now we've got it, so can finally start gardening in this area whenever we want, at least once we figure out what to do about the perimeter train."

    I don't feel neglected, I feel... nothing really. It's very clear to me that they have to focus on new things to keep the business moving forwards and healthy. If they didn't do that they would still be 100% focused on Elite and we would have no Planet Coaster.. If anything I'm impressed that they still manage the level of communication and streaming and new features that they do for Planet Coaster. They do a far better job at sticking with and evolving games than most developer/publishers manage. I think it's unreasonable to expect the same level of interaction we saw right at the start, for a game that's been released over a year. Frankly, it's now the turn of the JWE hype community to get that same attention. They already have this community and have delivered a game to a very high standard - and they have only a limited time to get the JWE community as hyped and involve as possible ahead of launch, so they have to throw a lot of their time at that. The reality is that whilst focus shifts between projects, work has carried on with Planet Coaster, the game has grown and the most recent DLC has added a lot and took the game in some new directions. And look at Elite, I'm sure that community is somewhat less interacted with than when Elite was a new game, yet YEARS later there is still active updating and communication on the forums. So yes, it has died down. But I very much doubt Planet Coaster is going to get neglected anytime soon, and honestly, I think the community...

    In a lot of PC Parks the monorail makes no sense. It looks totally stupid in fairytale, wildwest, adventure-areas of the park. Many tracked-rides have 2 or more different trains, but the mono have only 1. A monorail ride over only one-themed area like a fair isnīt possible, when the area isnīt big. The curves are to long. My wish is a smaller monorail track and small gondolas. perfect for a carnival or funfair DLC. Many people have build an old american amusementpark or an old Pier. But the monorail make no sense. This Monorail is better.

    Not neglected, but perhaps unloved. I get the secrecy bit, I really do. I don't agree, but business is business. But as Scott. pointed out, there is literally no interaction with Frontier at all. It's a shame the community managers don't even seem to have time to be community managers. I mean, if you can't keep your core group of players happy, or at least acknowledge their existence, then what is the point of having a community? Both Bo and Sam mentioned in the Studios announcement that they were going to be around a bit more. Oh well, dinosaurs outsell rollercoasters, I guess.

    I think itīs better the people go to their seats , but freely placeable seats is good to. I have no idea how can work this together. Maybe we have 1 or 2 frontier-made theater seatings with 50 and 100 seats and the people go to their seats, for fans of realism. And a version with freely-placed seats with warp to their seats, if frontier have no better idea for this. But not warp from the Entrance. This is a stupid idea. The people can go to the front of the stage or you can choose a point in the theater and from this point the people are warped to their seats.

    Yeah, I've felt that way for over a year now lol but everyone here got defensive any time someone voiced that feeling. I feel burned by this entire generation of coaster games. @CoasterFan I get that new features take time, but this game has been out for a couple years already. We might get expansions, but as far as the game, I think we're looking at it.

    I don't feel neglected new features for a game takes time. I rather Frontier not say anything until they are certain that a feature or new ride is coming to the game. As for Planet Coaster new game JWE it doesn't pull me. I can't see how Frontier can expand on that game. Planet Coaster is so much more expandable. Hope Frontier isn't giving up on Planet Coaster.

    Guh. I really love the backless spooky bench. I checked everywhere last night when I got the message and the benches weren't the issue. I am thinking I need more bleed-off paths near congested areas to help with panic attacks.

    I'm not sure I feel neglected as such but I absolutely do have concerns that Planco is going to be left mostly unattended with JWE coming out. I have no interest in JWE and get a bit of a sinking feeling everytime it gets talked about TBH. The longer those iron pieces stay white the more worried I get. I am personally not ready to move onto something else and all I can do is hope Frontier isn't going to sunset us yet.

    I wish the game could be bigger and that the devs could put more time into it... however, I do not feel neglected. I think the game has grown significantly since launch and the team has done many community events and contests with big prizes. The team has proven that they work hard and are more devoted than most companies. Are they perfect? Eh, hopefully they wont let us down and they will announce something special for the future. As far as DLC is concerned, I am very outspoken about things and even though the team has made certain choices I might disagree with, I don't see them as "failing" the game is a success as a "New IP", and hopefully can grow just as RCT3 did... only this time around we have to be a bit more patient, at least thats how I am looking at it as of this point #InFrontierWeTrust At least give them till the end of the summer/fall season to start getting nervous I don't normally purchase games at launch but I am happy that I supported this game (a little, I didn't buy DLC) even if it doesn't quite live up to the dreams I had of RCT4, it shines when I see videos of other peoples creations and I know that someday I will get to build my dream park when I have the right tools that I hope the devs are working on releasing soon.     Psst Frontier! When I watched the video about 1.6 I got excited about the crazy change color on trigger (including fading). Now as I tried to test it, only very small range of objects you can do this on! Fire hydrant, a stationary non-animated object you can trigger color change. But not the witch, animatronic.

    Offcourse... It affects all windows in categories 'Haunted House' and 'Brownstone', both lit and non-lit. Let me explain this with a screenshot: All windows should be black, when the billboard is in off-mode (left side image). A movie or an image should be visible when a window (billboard) is turned on, and if a movie or image is selected (right side image). So why do windows (Haunted Hause and Bronwstone) turn on the image of curtains lit, when the billboard is turned off? And why do those windows turn on the image of curtains lit, when none.png is selected in off-mode? This way, it isn't possible to have a hause where the lights inside turn on by a trigger.
